Service Description
This 45-minute treatment is designed to release upper‑body tension and support deep relaxation in a calm, seated position. The session begins with a brief grounding breath to help your body settle, followed by slow, targeted massage techniques that ease muscular tightness and improve circulation. Traditional Indian head massage movements are used across the scalp to reduce stress, stimulate blood flow, and encourage mental clarity. Once the muscles have softened, the treatment transitions into gentle upper‑body energy‑based relaxation work. This involves light touch or hands‑off techniques around the shoulders, head, and upper chest to support the body’s natural ability to unwind and rebalance. The session ends with a moment of stillness to allow the body to integrate the benefits.

Treatment Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. 2. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be retained and is non-transferable.
