Supplements are everywhere these days. Open Instagram, scroll TikTok, or walk into a health shop, and you’ll be hit with countless “miracle” products claiming to be the answer to all your problems. I’ve tried my fair share over the years, and honestly? Most of them are nothing but hype—filled with additives, sugar, or unnecessary ingredients that do little more than drain your wallet.
Here’s the truth: if your diet is full of processed food, you’re drinking heavily, sleeping badly, and not looking after yourself, no supplement will magically fix it. A capsule won’t undo an unhealthy lifestyle. Supplements should support a healthy routine, not replace it.
That’s why I only ever use—and sell—the things I genuinely believe in. No rubbish, no fancy gimmicks, just natural, good-quality products that I’ve seen make a difference in my own life. Here are my favourites, along with the benefits I’ve personally noticed.
Marine Collagen
This one has been a game-changer for me. My knees used to ache after long days, but since I started taking marine collagen daily, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. The stiffness and soreness have eased, and I just feel more mobile.
Marine collagen is derived from freshwater fish skin and is rich in Type 1 collagen—the same type found in our skin, hair, nails, bones, and joints. As we age, our natural collagen levels decline, which is why skin sags, nails weaken, and joints can start to creak. Pure Glow: Skin Complex
This supplement combines collagen with tremella mushroom—known as the “beauty mushroom” thanks to its hydrating and skin-plumping effects. I started taking Pure Glow because I wanted extra support for my skin, and I’ve definitely noticed it looks fresher and feels less dry.
Tremella can hold up to 500 times its weight in water, which helps your skin stay hydrated from within. Paired with collagen, it’s brilliant for supporting elasticity and glow as we age. It’s become a staple in my routine, especially when my skin needs a little extra love.
Grounded Super Blend
Grounded is my go-to when I need focus without reaching for coffee. It’s a blend of cacao, coconut palm sugar, and powerful adaptogens like chaga, reishi, lion’s mane, and cordyceps. Together, they help balance energy, support immunity, and improve concentration.
When I drink it, I feel clearer, more focused, and steady—without the ups and downs coffee can give. Magnesium Flakes
A bath with magnesium flakes is one of my favourite ways to wind down. It’s simple, but it makes such a difference to my sleep. On nights when I soak in them, I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more rested. My muscles feel more relaxed too, especially after exercise.
