Service Description

This gentle therapy is designed to help animals relax, release tension, and feel more at ease in their environment. It uses light touch and calm, steady presence to support the nervous system and encourage a sense of safety. Treatments will usually last around 35 - 45 minutes. Many animals respond by softening their posture, slowing their breathing, or becoming more settled. Over time, this can help reduce stress‑related behaviours such as restlessness, reactivity, over‑alertness, or difficulty settling. The session is led entirely at the animal’s pace. They are free to move around, approach, step back, or choose how much contact they want. This creates a safe, pressure‑free environment where they can naturally unwind. This therapy is suitable for: anxious or nervous animals rescue animals adjusting to a new home pets recovering from emotional stress animals who struggle with touch or handling behavioural tension linked to stress or overwhelm Treatments are best given in the animals own environment where they are likely to feel more comfortable. For horses, I advise vet permission in advance of any treatment.
