Each session blends breathwork, meditation, Reiki, Qigong, NLP techniques, and sound healing, offering a holistic approach to relaxation, self-discovery, and energetic balance. Every week, we focus on a different energy centre (chakra), giving you the time and space to explore, release, and rejuvenate. You’ll leave each class with practical tools to manage stress, enhance well-being, and cultivate inner calm in your everyday life. Whether you’re seeking a moment of respite, a deeper connection to your energy, or techniques to restore balance, this class provides a nurturing space to pause, reset, and thrive Reiki, breathwork, meditation, and qigong and sound are gentle, supportive practices, but they may not be suitable for everyone. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are physically and mentally well enough to take part and that you do so at your own responsibility. Please listen to your body at all times and rest or modify movements as needed. No prior experience is necessary, and all practices will be gentle and optional. Please bring your own mat, blanket, and cushion to support your comfort during the session.
