Cancellation Policy
1. Full Payment Required Upfront To secure your place at the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 2. Cancellations & Refund Policy We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, the following standard cancellation terms apply: Up to 6 weeks before the retreat start date: 75% refund 4–6 weeks before: 50% refund Less than 4 weeks before: No refund unless your place can be resold (see below) 3. Resale of Your Spot If you cancel within the non-refundable period but we are able to resell your place, we will issue a refund. 4. Transfer of Booking If you find someone to take your place, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 1 week before the retreat start date. Please notify us in writing with their full details. 5. Changes & Cancellations by Us In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat.
