Treatment Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. 2. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be retained and is non-transferable.
